以废弃汽车外轮胎热解后的副产物轮胎热解焦(Tyre pyrolysis char,TPC)为原料,利用均匀沉淀法制备以轮胎焦为载体的负载型Ni/TPC催化剂,采用EDX、SEM、XRD、TG、BET手段对催化剂进行了表征与分析,同时使用管式炉测试了Ni/TPC催化剂在秸秆热解燃气重整中的催化性能,并考察了热解温度、保温时间、镍负载量及催化时间对秸秆热解燃气重整效果的影响。研究结果表明,TPC富含焦和金属,Ni/TPC催化剂分散均匀,热稳定性好,比表面积为62 m2/g。催化剂活性测试显示,Ni/TPC催化剂用于作物秸秆热解燃气重整具有很强的催化活性,可显著提高燃气中可燃气体含量;热解温度在750℃、保温时间10 min、30%的Ni负载量时Ni/TPC催化剂的催化效率最高,连续使用850 min后,燃气中的H2含量仍相对提高到50%以上,长时间使用后活性结构由Ni3ZnC0.7转变成FeNi3,催化活性依然较强且趋于稳定,TPC可以作为良好的新型镍基催化剂载体。  相似文献

Metal‐free fullerene (C60) was found to be an effective catalyst for the reduction of azo groups in basic aqueous solution under UV irradiation in the presence of NaBH4. Use of NaBH4 by itself is not sufficient to reduce the azo dyes without the assistance of a metal catalyst such as Pd and Ag. Experimental and theoretical results suggest that C60 catalyzes this reaction by using its vacant orbital to accept the electron in the bonding orbital of azo dyes, which leads to the activation of the N?N bond. UV irradiation increases the ability of C60 to interact with electron‐donor moieties in azo dyes.  相似文献

Changes in rheological, adhesive, and swelling properties of quaternary salts, made by adding one of eight mono‐ or six α,ω‐alkanedioic acids (the latter with two to six or nine carbon atoms) to 6‐7PSil (a polysiloxane with 6%–7% of the monomer units contain a 3‐aminopropyl group) have been correlated with the salt structures. The simple acid‐base chemistry initiates drastic changes in the bulk properties of the materials that depend on the amount and type of the added acid. Thus, the quaternized forms of the 6‐7PSil have significantly enhanced viscoelastic and adhesive properties compared to those of the initial polysiloxane, and they can swell selectively liquids based on their polarity. Also, interpenetrating networks have been made in situ by photopolymerization of salts with vinylic carboxylic acids. DFT calculations on model systems consisting of dimethylammonium α,ω‐alkanedioate salts with two to six carbon atoms provide insights into the interactions responsible for the unexpected dependence of the properties of the 6‐7PSil salts on the chain lengths of the diacids. The potential for applying the methodologies described here to systems with other amino‐substituted polymers and other acid types is noted. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. A rotational stage is a key component of every X‐ray instrument capable of providing tomographic or diffraction measurements. To perform accurate three‐dimensional reconstructions, runout errors due to imperfect rotation (e.g. circle of confusion) must be quantified and corrected. A dedicated instrument capable of full characterization and circle of confusion mapping in rotary stages down to the sub‐10 nm level has been developed. A high‐stability design, with an array of five capacitive sensors, allows simultaneous measurements of wobble, radial and axial displacements. The developed instrument has been used for characterization of two mechanical stages which are part of an X‐ray microscope.  相似文献

For a texture image, by recognizining the class of every pixel of the image, it can be partitioned into disjoint regions of uniform texture. This paper proposed a texture image classification algorithm based on Gabor wavelet. In this algorithm, characteristic of every image is obtained through every pixel and its neighborhood of this image. And this algorithm can achieve the information transform between different sizes of neighborhood. Experiments on standard Brodatz texture image dataset show that our proposed algorithm can achieve good classification rates.  相似文献
